COVID-19
Due to COVID-19 we have to take extra precautions to keep us safe. If you are sick or been around someone with COVID-19, please stay home. If you show signs of illness, please reschedule your appointment.
Due to limited space in the salon, please come alone.
Please come with your hair completely combed, detangled & free from previous hairstyle.
Late Policy
Life happens - we get that.
We just ask that you notify us if you are going to be late for your appointment. In order to ensure each guest has the best experience, please be aware that if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. Late appointments that are unable to be rescheduled in the same day are subject to our cancellation policy.
Deposit Requirements
Pressed Salon require a non-refundable deposit for all appointments. Natural hair services will require a $30 deposit. Color/ chemical, quick weave & sleek ponytail appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required for all hair extension/ sew-in & smoothing treatment appointments. Deposits are accepted through Zelle & Cash App only. Please send your deposit before scheduling your appointment or immediately afterwards. If your deposit is not received, your appointment will be cancelled. All deposits expire at 3 months from the date paid.
Cancellation Policy
We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice. Once the 48 hour notice is given, your deposit will go toward your next appointment. Cancellations within the 48 hours will incur a fee of 100% of your deposit.
Credit or debit card payments are not accepted.
